Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a license to use your photos for AI analysis and service provision. We will not sell or share your photos with third parties.
Our Content: The DripCheck name, logo, design, and features are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content. AI-generated styling advice is provided "as-is."
Important: DripCheck uses artificial intelligence for outfit analysis.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of ratings or suggestions, fashion outcomes or results, or suitability for all occasions.
AI suggestions are subjective opinions, not professional styling advice. Use at your own discretion. We are not liable for outfit choices made based on our suggestions.
DripCheck is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Maximum Liability: If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free users).
You agree to indemnify and hold DripCheck harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or content you upload.

By You: You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion, all your data (wardrobe items, ratings, photos) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws. We will notify you via email before termination unless legally prohibited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at trydripcheck.com/terms and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of DripCheck after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
